Recombinant Human Kinase insert domain receptor (KDR) Protein

Kinase insert domain receptor (KDR, a type III receptor tyrosine kinase) also known as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) is a VEGF receptor. KDR is the human gene encoding it. KDR has also been designated as CD309 (cluster of differentiation 309). KDR is also known as Flk1 (Fetal Liver Kinase 1). Kinase insert domain receptor has been shown to interact with SHC2, Annexin A5 and SHC1.
 

Reconstitute in PBS or others.
 

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
 

Store it under sterile conditions at -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -80℃.
